Listen to the excellent podcast from Jason Fried on http://www.thinkvitamin.com/.  Very very good podcast from the founder of 37 Signals.  In this interview he discussed getting real, 37 signals and other things with Ryan Carson from Carson Systems.

A mate of mine lent me the Getting Real book from 37 Signals.  Now I must admit that I was a little sceptical about the books key message which is pretty much to do away with formal processes during software development (at least for web development).  However after reading the book I must admit that the current trend in on-line application development is completely missing the point.

I suggest that everyone involved in the on-line and content industries should read this book.
